ORDER:
This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., seeking to quash all the proceedings in Crime No.191 of 2020 dated 07.07.2020 of B.N. Kandriga Police Station, Tirupathi Urban District against the petitioners/accused No.6.
2. When the matter came up for hearing, Mr. A. Sai Raghava, learned counsel, representing Mr. D. Purna Chandra Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner stated that the cause in the criminal petition does not survive and the matter has become infructuous.
3. Recording the above submission, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
