It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that, OS No.37 of 2017 on the file of Senior Civil Judge, Nandikotkur was compromised before the Trail Court and in that regard, he has addressed a letter dated 20.12.2024 to the Registry seeking permission of this Court to withdraw the present civil revision petition. The said letter is placed on record.
2. Permission is accorded.
3. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
