ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents.

2. The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition, in short, is that despite of the petitioner’s Meeseva application dated 09.6.2022 seeking deletion of his properties in survey Nos.246/2 and 247/2 admeasuring Ac.0.09 cents and Ac.0.17 cents respectively, of 102-E Ramireddypalli Revenue Village in Pulicherla Mandal of Chittoor District from the Prohibited Properties List under Section 22-A(1)(a) of the Registration, no action has been taken by the respondents so far.

3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader, on the other hand, fairly submits that the application filed by the petitioner for deletion of the subject matter property is pending and if any time-limit is fixed, the concerned Authority i.e., the 2[nd] respondent considers the application and pass appropriate orders thereon.

4. In view of the above submission, without going into merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the 2[nd] respondent to consider the petitioner’s application dated 09.6.2022 for deletion of the subject matter property from the Prohibited Properties List and pass appropriate orders, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
