ORDER:
1. The present Civil Revision Petition is filed questioning the Order dated 29.01.2020 passed in I.A.No.1143 of 2019 in O.S.No.431 of 2014 by the Principal Senior Civil Judge, Narasaraopet.
2. At the time of hearing, Ms.T.V.Sridevi, learned counsel for the Petitioner(s) submits that the suit in O.S.No.431 of 2014 was dismissed as not pressed on 06.11.2020 and nothing survives for adjudication in this Revision. A copy of case status of the suit in e-Courts is also placed on record.
3. Recording the said submission, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed, as infructuous.
There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, pending applications, if any, shall stand closed.
