ORDER :
The instant petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 has been filed by the Petitioner/Accused, seeking quashment of the order dated 11.08.2022 passed in Crl.M.P.No.1684 of 2022 in C.C.No.689 of 2015 on the file of the Court of II Additional Junior Civil Judge, Kakinada.
2. Learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that the petition may be disposed of since the case was convicted before the trial Court on 30.11.2022.
3. Ms. K.Priyanka Lakshmi, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor representing the State/Respondent No.1 is in attendance.
4. In that view of the matter, the Criminal Petition is dismissed since the relief has become infructuous.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
