ORDER:
1. The present Civil Revision Petition is filed questioning the Order dated 10.06.2021 passed in E.P.No.89 of 2020 in O.S.No.778 of 2013 by the IV Additional Senior Civil Judge, Guntur.
2. At the time of hearing, Sri K.Viswanatham, learned counsel for the Petitioner(s) submits that E.P.No.89 of 2020 was closed on 24.09.2021 and nothing survives for adjudication in this Revision. A copy of case status of the suit in e-Courts is also placed on record.
3. Recording the said submission, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed, as infructuous.
There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, pending applications, if any, shall stand closed.
