ORDER:
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.
2 At the time of hearing, both the counsel gave consent to dispose of the matter at the stage of admission.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the subject matter of this Writ Petition is squarely covered by the order dated 21.12.2020 passed in W.P.No.24409 of 2020 by this Court.
4. Learned Government Pleader for Revenue did not refute the said submission.
5. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue, the 4[th]respondent is directed to take action on the representations of petitioner dated 24-07-2019, 06-11-2019 and 16-12-2020 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is also granted liberty to make a fresh application in accordance with law, within a period of four (04) weeks and the same shall also be considered along with representations dated 24-07-2019, 06-11-2019 and 16-12-2020.
6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed off. No costs. Registry is directed to attach a copy of the order in W.P.No.24409 of 2020 dated 21.12.2020 to this order.
As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
