ORDER:
1. The present Civil Revision Petition is filed questioning the Order dated 10.04.2023 passed in I.A.No.1032 of 2022 in O.S.No.88 of 2015 by the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Chilakaluripet.
2. At the time of hearing, Sri Md.Saleem, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the suit in O.S.No.88 of 2015 was withdrawn on 22.04.2024 and nothing survives for adjudication in this Revision. A copy of case status of the suit in e-Courts is also placed on record.
3. Recording the said submission, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed, as infructuous.
There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, pending applications, if any, shall stand closed.
