A learned Single Judge of this Court, by way of a judgment[dated]16.02.2015, in W.P.Nos.11896, 13994 and 15546 of 2005,[had][ dismissed][ the]writ petitions upholding the common order passed by the Commissioner,Appeals, Office of the Chief Commissioner of Land Administration , Hyderabadon 13.01.2004.16.02.2015, in W.P.Nos.11896, 13994 and 15546 of 2005,[had][ dismissed][ the]writ petitions upholding the common order passed by the Commissioner,Appeals, Office of the Chief Commissioner of Land Administration , Hyderabadon 13.01.2004.

3. Aggrieved by the said common order, three appeals came[to][ be]filed. Initially the appeal filed against the order in W.P.No.15546 of 2005 cameup for hearing before a Division Bench of this Court as W.A.No.347 of 2019.The Division Bench after considering the case on merits, had dismissed theappeal on 06.08.2019.filed.
