Writ Petition No.16606 of 2002
On 23.12.2019, as there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption “For Dismissal”. Even today, in spite of the matter being listed under the caption “For Dismissal”, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. It appears, the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter.
Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No order as to costs.
