ORDER:
This Criminal Petition is filed seeking to quash the proceedings in FIR.No.01 of 2021 on the file of the III Town Police Station, Rajamahendravaram District.
2. Today when the petition is taken up for hearing, Sri M.Lakshmi Narayana, learned counsel for the petitioner has informed this Court that no further orders are necessary in the present Criminal Petition and requested this Court to close the criminal petition.
3. By recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Criminal Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
