ORDER:
Since the proceedings in the suit got terminated by disposal on 30.09.2024, whereas the present revision petition was filed against the order dated 30.10.2023 passed in I.A.No.853 of 2023 in O.S. No.120 of 2017 by the Principal Junior Civil Judge’s Court, Mangalagiri, Guntur District, the relief sought in the present revision petition has become infructuous.
2. No representation for the petitioner.
3. Accordingly, the revision petition is dismissed as infructuous.
There shall be no order as to costs.
Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
