ORDER:
This Criminal Petition is filed seeking to quash the proceedings in Cr.No.123 of 20219 on the file of the Punganur Urban Police Station, Punganur, Chittoor District.
2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, Sri A.Manjunatha Reddy, learned counsel representing Ms. S.Parineetha, learned counsel for the petitioner has informed this Court that the cause in the criminal petition does not survive for further adjudication and that the matter has become infructuous.
3. By recording the submission made by the learned Counsel for the petitioner, the criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
