The present revision is filed against the order dt.06.05.2019 in I.A.No.179 of 2019 in O.S.No.783 of 2016, on the file of III Additional Junior Civil Judge, Kadapa.
2. It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the suit in O.S.No.783 of 2016, on the file of III Additional Junior Civil Judge, Kadapa, was dismissed on 07.11.2024.
3. The said submission is placed on record. In view of the same, nothing survives to be adjudicated in the instant revision and accordingly the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, pending applications, if any, shall stand closed.
