ORDER:
1. The present Civil Revision Petition is filed questioning the Order dated 18.10.2022 passed in I.A.No.650 of 2022 in O.S.No.462 of 2014 by the XII Additional District Judge, Guntur.
2. At the time of hearing, Sri P.V.S.K.Chakravarthy, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the suit in O.S.No.462 of 2014 was decreed with costs on 21.08.2023 and nothing survives for adjudication in this Revision. A copy of case status of the suit in e-Courts is also placed on record.
3. Recording the said submission, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed, as infructuous.
There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, pending applications, if any, shall stand closed.
