ORDER:
Since the proceedings in the suit got terminated by disposal on 01.03.2024, whereas the present revision petition was filed against the order dated 19.12.2023 passed in unnumbered I.A.No. of 2023 (CFR No.2454) in O.S. No.583 of 2006 by the Principal Senior Civil Judge’s Court, Guntur, the relief sought in the present revision petition has become infructuous.
2. No representation for the petitioners.
3. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
There shall be no order as to costs.
Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
