1. This Criminal Revision Case has been filed under Sections 397 and 401 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short, ‘the Cr.P.C.’) against the order dated 05.12.2015 passed in C.C.No.1092 of 2015 on the file of learned V Additional Judicial Magsitrate of First Class, Nellore (for short, ‘the trial Court’) wherein the trial Court took cognizance for the offences punishable under Section 295-A, 356 and 506 of IPC against the A.1 and A.2. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner/A.2 preferred this Revision.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter would become infructuous in view of recording of compromise in C.C.No.1092 of 2015.

3. Recording the said submission of learned counsel for the petitioner and as the cause does not survive for adjudication and the matter would become infructuous.

4. Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous.

Interim orders granted earlier, if any, shall stand vacated and the miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
