ORDER:
1. The present Civil Revision Petition is filed questioning the Order dated 15.03.2022 passed in I.A.No.505 of 2021 in O.S.No.51 of 2013 by the XIII Additional District and Sessions Judge, Narasaraopet.
2. At the time of hearing, Sri G.V.Srima Murthy, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the suit in O.S.No.51 of 2013 was dismissed on 06.07.2022 and nothing survives for adjudication in this Revision. A copy of case status of the suit in e-Courts is also placed on record.
3. Recording the said submission, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed, as infructuous.
There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, pending applications, if any, shall stand closed.
