ORDER:
1. The present Civil Revision Petition is filed questioning the Order dated 23.02.2023 passed in I.A.No.54 of 2023 in O.S.No.370 of 2012 passed by the Senior Civil Judge, Gurazala, Guntur District.
2. As per the case status in e-Courts (CIS) furnished by the District Judiciary vide letter in Dis.No.6924/2024, dated 21.12.2024, the suit O.S.No.370 of 2012 was dismissed without costs. In view of the same, no orders are required to be passed in this Revision.
3. The Civil Revision Petition is therefore dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, pending applications, if any, shall stand closed.
