ORDER:
1. The present Civil Revision Petition is filed questioning the Order dated 21.06.2019 passed in I.A.No.54 of 2017 in O.S.No.78 of 2014 by the Additional Senior Civil Judge, Narasaraopet.
2. At the time of hearing, Sri N.Sriram Murthy, learned counsel for the Petitioner(s) submits that the cause does not survive for adjudication in this Revision in view of the disposal of the suit in O.S.No.78 of 2014 on 14.10.2022 and case status of the suit in e-Courts is also placed on record.
3. Recording the said submission, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed, as infructuous.
There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, pending applications, if any, shall stand closed.
