2. Counter has already been filed by the respondents in this matter.
3. On verifying the proceeding sheet, it is observed that, on an earlier occasion i.e., on 07.11.2024 also, there was no representation on behalf of the writ petitioners. It seems that the petitioners are not interested in prosecuting the case.
4. Therefore, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, all the pending miscellaneous applications shall stand closed.
