ORDER:
When the matter is taken up, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the issue involved in the present writ petition is covered by the order of this Court in W.P.No.22083 of 2020 dated 25.11.2020. The copy of the same is also placed on record.
Following the said order and for the reasons recorded therein, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondent authorities to impose penalty in terms of Clause 16 of G.O.Ms.No.71, dated 04.09.2019 and, on payment of penalty, the respondent authorities shall release the vehicle.
With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this case, shall also stand closed.
