ORDER:
1. The present Civil Revision Petition is filed questioning the Order dated 17.11.2022 passed in E.P.No.45 of 2019 in O.S.No.81 of 2018 by the Senior Civil Judge, Tenali, Guntur District.
2. As per the case status in e-Courts (CIS) furnished by the District Judiciary vide letter in Dis.No.6924/2024, dated 21.12.2024, the E.P.No.45 of 2019 was dismissed as not pressed on 12.11.2024. In view of the same, no orders are required to be passed in this Revision.
3. The Civil Revision Petition is therefore dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, pending applications, if any, shall stand closed.
