ORDER:-
When the matter was called on 03.03.2020 for hearing, there was no representation for the petitioner, as such the matter was directed to be posted under the caption for dismissal. Even then, there is no representation for the petitioner from this, it appears that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the matter.
Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for default. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall also stand dismissed.
