ORDER :
The instant petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 has been filed by the Petitioner/Accused No.3, seeking quashment of the proceedings against him in C.C.No.5797 of 2021 on the file of the Court of Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Special Mobile Court, Nellore.
2. Learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that the relief has become infructuous, since the case was ended in acquittal before the trial Court on 08.08.2023 and petition may be disposed of.
3. Ms.K.Priyanka Lakshmi, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor representing the State/Respondent No.1 is in attendance.
4. In that view of the matter, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as relief has become infructuous.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
