ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner/Accused No.2 under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure to quash the proceedings pending against him in PRC.No.33 of 2015 on the file of the VI Additional Junior Civil Judge, Guntur arising out of Crime No.66/2015 registered by Peda Kakani Police Station, Guntur Urban.

Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submits that the above said PRC was numbered as SC.No.508 of 2015, on the file of II Additional District and Sessions Judge, Guntur ended in acquittal vide orders dated 16.08.2018, hence the present criminal petition has become infructuous.

Recording the submission of the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, this Court is of the opinion that nothing further survives for adjudication in the matter.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand closed.
