ORDER:
1. The present Civil Revision Petition is filed questioning the Order dated 05.12.2019 passed in I.A.No.474 of 2019 in O.S.No.204 of 2017 by the Junior Civil Judge-cum-Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Vinukonda.
2. At the time of hearing, Sri N.Srinivasa Rao, learned counsel for the Petitioner(s) submits that the cause does not survive for adjudication in this Revision in view of the disposal of the suit in O.S.No.204 of 2017 on 16.03.2023 and case status of the suit in e-Courts is also placed on record.
3. Recording the said submission, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed, as infructuous.
There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, pending applications, if any, shall stand closed.
