ORAL ORDER

[1.0]RULE. Learned APP waives service of rule for the respondent-State.[2.0]The present application has been preferred by the applicant torelease him on temporary bail on the ground of providing financialassistance to his family.

[3.0]Learned APP draws attention of this Court to the jail report toindicate that the applicant is an under-trial prisoner and he is in jail since24.08.2021 and his jail conduct is good.

[4.0]Taking into consideration the grounds urged in this application, theapplicant-under-trial prisoner is ordered to be released on temporary bailfor a period of SEVEN DAYS from the date of his actual release on theapplicant’s furnishing personal bond of Rs.5,000/- to the satisfaction of theconcerned authority, on usual terms and conditions and on condition tomark presence before the nearer police station once.

[5.0]The applicant-under-trial prisoner shall surrender before theconcerned jail authority on expiry of the temporary bail period. Noextension of temporary bail shall be granted. Rule is made absoluteaccordingly. Registry to communicate this order through Fax to the JailAuthority.
