ORDER:
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue and Sri I. Koti Reddy, learned counsel appearing for respondent No.5.
2 At the time of hearing, both the counsel gave consent to dispose of the matter at the stage of admission.
3. Learned counsel for petitioner states that the subject matter of this Writ Petiton is squarely covered by the order dated 07.08.2020 passed in WP No.13392 of 2020 by this Court.
4. Learned Government Pleader for Revenue did not refute the said submission.
5. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue, the Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction not to disturb the petitioner’s possession over the land admeasuring Ac 0-09 cents in survey No.286/2 and Ac 0-11 cents in survey No.286/3 in Naira Village, Srikakulam Rural Mandal & District without following due process of law. No order as to costs.
7. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed off. No costs. Registry is directed to attach a copy of the order in W.P.No.13392 of 2020 dated 07.08.2020 to this order.
As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
