ORDER:
1. The present Civil Revision Petition is filed questioning the Order dated 18.02.2020 passed in I.A.No.1139 of 2019 in O.S.No.607 of 2014 by the XII Additional District Judge, Guntur.
2. At the time of hearing, Sri K.Sambasiva Rao, learned counsel for the Petitioner(s) submits that the cause does not survive for adjudication in this Revision in view of the disposal of the suit in O.S.No.607 of 2014 on 21.02.02023 and case status of the suit in e-Courts is also placed on record.
3. Recording the said submission, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed, as infructuous.
There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, pending applications, if any, shall stand closed.
