ORDER:
1. The present Civil Revision Petition is filed questioning the Order dated 12.12.2022 passed in I.A.No.1240 of 2022 in O.S.No.161 of 2014 by the Senior Civil Judge, Sattenapalli.
2. At the time of hearing, Sri Edara Nageswara Rao, learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that the suit in O.S.No.161 of 2014 was decreed without costs on 14.12.2023 and nothing survives for adjudication in this Revision. A copy of case status of the suit in e-Courts is also placed on record.
3. Recording the said submission, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed, as infructuous.
There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, pending applications, if any, shall stand closed.
