ORDER:
This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., seeking to quash all the proceedings in FIR No.98 of 2021 dated 28.06.2021 of Kotananduru Police Station, East Godavari District against the petitioner/accused.
2. When the matter is taken up today for consideration, learned counsel for the petitioner, informed this Court that she filed a Memo for withdrawal dated 17.09.2021, which is placed on record, and hence seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the criminal petition.
3. Permission is accorded.
4. Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this petition shall stand closed.
