ORDER:
1. The present Civil Revision Petition is filed questioning the Order dated 23.08.2023 passed in I.A.No.427 of 2023 in A.S.No.31 of 2023 by the XI Additional District Judge, Tenali, Guntur District.
2. As per the case status in e-Courts (CIS) furnished by the District Judiciary vide letter in Dis.No.6924/2024, dated 21.12.2024, the appeal is dismissed as Memo was filed in the appeal not pressing the appeal. As the appeal was dismissed as not pressed, no orders are required to be passed in this Revision.
3. The Civil Revision Petition is therefore dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, pending applications, if any, shall stand closed.
