ORDER:
This revision petition is filed under Section 115 CPC against the order dated 11.12.2023 passed in E.P.No.81 of 2019 in O.S.No.111 of 2018 by the Principal Junior Civil Judge’s Court, Repalle. 2. The proceedings disposal on 12.01.2024in the execution petition got termin by passing the following order by tated by he said Court.
“DHr filed FS memo stating that the JDr has paid the warrant amount of Rs.2,48,268/-. Hence, EP is terminated as full satisfaction is reported by DHr.”
3. No representation for the petitioner.
4. Thus, in the light of the above circumstances, the relief sought in the present revision petition has become infructuous.
5. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
There shall be no order as to costs.
Interim orders granted earlier, if any, shall stand vacated.
Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
