ORDER:
1. The present Civil Revision Petition is filed questioning the Order dated 17.04.2023 passed in I.A.No.289 of 2023 in O.S.No.114 of 2010 by the Principal Senior Civil Judge, Bapatla, Guntur District.
2. As per the case status in e-Courts (CIS) furnished by the District Judiciary vide letter in Dis.No.6924/2024, dated 21.12.2024, the suit O.S.No.114 of 2010 was dismissed without costs. In view of the same, no orders are required to be passed in this Revision.
3. The Civil Revision Petition is therefore dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, pending applications, if any, shall stand closed.
