ORDER:
1. The present Civil Revision Petition is filed aggrieved by the docket order dated 27.09.2021 passed in E.P.No.94 of 2021 in O.S.No.378 of 2016 by the Principal Senior Civil Judge, Guntur.
2. At the time of hearing, Sri P.Sai Surya Teja, learned counsel for the Petitioner(s) submits that E.P.No.94 of 2021 was terminated on 21.02.2023 and nothing survives for adjudication in this Revision. A copy of case status of the suit in e-Courts is also placed on record.
3. Recording the said submission, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed, as infructuous.
There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, pending applications, if any, shall stand closed.
