ORDER:
Since the proceedings in the suit got terminated by disposal on 14.11.2024, whereas the present revision petition was filed against the order passed in I.A.No.127 of 2023 therein, the relief sought in the present revision petition has become infructuous.
02. The learned counsel for the revision petitioner submitted that the revision petition has become infructuous.
03. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
There shall be no order as to costs.
Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
