ORDER:
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue for the respondents.
2. Challenging the action of the respondents in proposing to assign house site pattas in respect of lands situated in Sy.No.300 of Momidi Village, Chillakur Mandal, SPSR Nellore District which was classified as ‘Smasanam Poramboke’ (Burrial Ground), the petitioners have approached this Court by way of the present writ petition.
3. During the course of hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue has placed before the Court a copy of instructions, dated28.12.2024received by him from the Tahsildar in the case. On perusal of the same would reflect that the entire subject land in an extent of Ac.19.90 cents in Sy.No.300 is not burial ground, only an extent of Ac.4.50 cents has been used as burial ground and further it is stated that the authorities have not proposed any house sites in respect of the subject land situated in Sy.No.300 of Momidi Village.
4. The said instructions, dated 28.12.2024 are placed on record.
5. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, all pending interlocutory applications shall stand closed.
