ORDER:
1. The present Civil Revision Petition is filed questioning the Order dated 22.07.2022 passed in E.P.No.36 of 2019 in O.S.No.80 of 2011 by the II Additional District Judge, Vijayawada.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, after arguing some time, Sri S.Tulasi Ram, learned counsel, representing M.Venkata Ramana, learned counsel for the Petitioner(s) seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition.
3. Permission is accorded.
4. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, pending applications, if any, shall stand closed.
