ORDER:
1. The present Civil Revision Petition is filed questioning the Order dated 28.12.2020 passed in I.A.No.47 of 2020 in O.S.No.106 of 2017 by the Senior Civil Judge, Mangalagiri.
2. At the time of hearing, Smt Y.Anupama Devi, learned counsel for the Petitioner(s) submits that the suit in O.S.No.106 of 2017 was settled before Lok Adalath on 26.06.2022 and nothing survives for adjudication in this Revision. A copy of case status of the suit in e-Courts is also placed on record.
3. Recording the said submission, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed, as infructuous.
There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, pending applications, if any, shall stand closed.
