ORDER:-

Challenging the order dated 26.12.2011 passed in O.P.No.34 of 2010, on the file of the learned Principal District Judge, West Godavari District, Eluru, the present civil revision petition is filed.

As per the proceeding sheet, there was no representation when the matter came up on 17.08.2020. However, notice was ordered and the matter was directed to be listed after four weeks. On 22.12.2020 as there was no representation, the matter was directed to be listed today under the caption ‘for dismissal’.

Today again when the matter is called there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners. It appears that the petitioners are not interested to pursue the matter.

Hence, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, all the pending miscellaneous applications shall stand closed.
