ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime.No.86 of 2021 on the file of Varadhaiahpalem Police Station, Tirupati District.

2. Today when the petition is taken up for hearing, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor has produced a copy of instructions of the Station House Officer, Varadhaiahpalem Police Station, Tirupati District, wherein it is stated that after due investigation, Police have filed a charge sheet vide C.C.No.239 of 2022 on the file of Judicial First Class Magistrate, Sathyavedu and the same is posted to 12.02.2025 for hearing.
