ORDER:
1. The present Civil Revision Petition is filed questioning the Order dated 12.08.2022 passed in E.P.No.5 of 2018 in Dis No.168 of 2014 by the XIII Additional District and Sessions Judge, Narasaraopet.
2. At the time of hearing, Sri A.Venkata Durga Rao, learned counsel for the Petitioner(s) submits that E.P.No.5 of 2018 was terminated on 03.02.2023 as the entire E.P. amount was paid and nothing survives for adjudication in this Revision. A copy of case status of the suit in e-Courts is also placed on record.
3. Recording the said submission, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed, as infructuous.
There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, pending applications, if any, shall stand closed.
