The Court made the following Order:

This Writ Petition is filed, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking the following relief:

“….to issue a writ order or direction more particularly one in nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the Notice in RC.No.Nil/2013, dated 10-10-2013 issued by the respondent No.5 calling upon the members of the petitioner No.1 to vacate the Nithya Annadaana Satram situated in an extant of Ac.0.45 Cents in Sy.No.772 of Rangasamudram Village fields, Porumammilla Mandal, YSR District and interfering with day to day activities of petitioner No.1 is highly illegal, colourable, exercise of power and violative of the fundamental rights guaranteed to members of Petitioner No.1 under Articles 14, 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently set aside the Notice in RC.No.Nil/2013, dated 10-10-2013 issued by the respondent No.5….”

2. On an earlier occasion i.e., on 03.12.2024, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners and the matter was directed to be posted on 10.12.2024.

3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, none appeared on behalf of the petitioners either personally or through advocate. It seems that the petitioners are not interested to prosecute the case.

4. Therefore, the Writ Petition is dismissed as non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
