Order:

This Writ Petition is filed to declare the action of the fourth respondent in not allowing the petitioner to perform his duties as office Subordinate/Sweeper in the fourth respondent model school without issuing any show cause notice or suspension order as illegal and arbitrary.

The case of the petitioner is that the fifth respondent, who is an outsourcing agency, on the request of the third respondent to supply man power to work in the fourth respondent model school, appointed the petitioner as Office Subordinate/Sweeper in the fourth respondent model school, vide letter dated 19.12.2013; pursuant to the said letter, the petitioner has joined duties with effect from 20.12.2013; while so, on 05.11.2019, the fourth respondent directed the petitioner not to attend the duties from 06.11.2019 onwards without issuing any notice or suspension order; he submitted a representation dated 05.12.2019 to the respondents 3 and 5 requesting them to issue necessary direction to the fourth respondent to allow him to perform his duties, but so far no action has been taken by the respondents, hence he filed the present Writ Petition.

After arguing the matter for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the representation dated 05.12.2019 made by the petitioner before the third respondent, may be directed to be disposed of.

In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the case, if the representation dated 05.12.2019 filed by the petitioner is received and pending before the third respondent, the third respondent is directed to dispose of the same strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
