ORDER:-

This civil revision petition is filed against the order and decree dated 09.03.2010 passed in C.M.A.No.19 of 2009 on the file of the Court of the II Additional District Judge, Madanapalle.

There was no representation for the petitioners when the matter came up on 17.08.2020, 24.08.2020 and 16.12.2020 though posted under the caption ‘for dismissal’. Hence, the matter was directed to be listed on 21.12.2020 under the same caption. On 21.12.2020 again there was no representation, as such, the matter was directed to be listed today under the same caption.

Today also when the matter is called there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners. It appears that the petitioners are not interested to pursue the matter.

Hence, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, all the pending miscellaneous applications shall stand closed.
