ORAL JUDGEMENT

#. The petitioner is praying for his release on furlough leave. The furlough leave has been rejected on the ground that the guarantor is not ready to give surety. The ground given for rejection of furlough leave by appropriate authority is not final. It is open to the petitioner to again apply to that authority. The special criminal application is dismissed.
