ORDER:
This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners/Accused under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure to quash the proceedings pending against them in C.C.No.52 of 2014 on the file of VI Additional Junior Civil Judge, Guntur.
Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submits that the entire investigation is completed and also filed charge sheet and that the same was numbered as Sessions Case No.90 of 2019, hence the present criminal petition has become infructuous.
Recording the submission of the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, this Court is of the opinion that nothing survives for further adjudication in the matter.
Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous by giving liberty to the petitioners to pursue their remedies as per the provisions of Code of Criminal Procedure.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand closed.
