ORDER:
This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.930 of 2021 dated 21.10.2021 of Alipiri Police Station, Tirupathi Urban District against the petitioner/accused.
2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, learned Public Prosecutor produced a copy of instructions dated 26.12.2024 furnished by the Inspector of Police, Alipiri Police Station, Tirupati, wherein it is stated that, after completion of the investigation, a charge sheet was filed against the petitioner and the same was referred as ‘Undetectable’ vide RC No.296/REF/SDPO-TPT/2023 on 20.06.2023 before the IV AJCJ Court, Tirupati. Therefore, no cause survives in this petition, and it has become infructuous.
3. Recording the above instructions, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, in this petition, shall stand closed.
