ORDER:

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners represented that they have given no objection Vakalat to the petitioners long back.

2. Though the petitioners have taken away the no objection Vakalat from their counsel, so far, they have not engaged any counsel to represent their case. So, it appears that the petitioners are not interested to prosecute the writ petition.

3. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, interlocutory applications, if any pending, shall stands closed.
